Here’s a delicious recipe from Patrick’s new book, The Hybrid Diet, that is a great energy-boosting option when entertaining or when snacking during the high-fat phase.
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled for 8 minutes and shelled
- 100 g hummus
- ½ tbsp finely chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Mash the eggs into the hummus.
- Add the parsley and black pepper then mix everything together.
- Serve with vegetable crudités.
