“Cow’s milk, yeast, wheat, and alcohol are all common foods people react to. If you suspect you have allergies or sensitivities to certain foods, avoid them for 14 days and reintroduce them one by one, while noting your symptoms, to find out what could be causing the problem,” says Patrick.
