The following foods are particularly good for inflammation and reducing food sensitivities. Even if you don’t have an allergy – known or unknown – these foods are recommended by Patrick in good quantities.

  1. Citrus fruits
  2. Berries
  3. Tea
  4. Leafy green vegetables
  5. Tomatoes
  6. Red onions
  7. Pineapples
  8. Flax seeds
  9. Oily fish
  10. Chia

“Even if you don’t have a dairy or gluten allergy, you should still reduce the amount of these foods by substituting with goat and soya products, as well as other grains respectively. Add some of those listed above to each meal to reduce any sensitivities you may have,” says Patrick.
