Strawberries and lemons are extremely rich in Vitamin C, and the sweet-sharp flavour combination makes this drink very refreshing. Enjoy this smoothie with sparkling mineral water on hot summer days with friends and family.

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 115g (about 5) strawberries
  • 1 tbsp juice of a lemon
  • 1 tsp xylitol, or to taste (depending on sweetness of strawberries)
  • 100ml sparkling mineral water


  1. Blend the strawberries and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Stir in the xylitol until it is dissolved then mix in the mineral water.
  3. Serve in cocktail glass with ice and a few mint leaves for garnish.
