Strawberries and lemons are extremely rich in Vitamin C, and the sweet-sharp flavour combination makes this drink very refreshing. Enjoy this smoothie with sparkling mineral water on hot summer days with friends and family.
Ingredients (Serves 1):
- 115g (about 5) strawberries
- 1 tbsp juice of a lemon
- 1 tsp xylitol, or to taste (depending on sweetness of strawberries)
- 100ml sparkling mineral water
- Blend the strawberries and lemon juice until smooth.
- Stir in the xylitol until it is dissolved then mix in the mineral water.
- Serve in cocktail glass with ice and a few mint leaves for garnish.
