3 GREAT BREAKFAST SMOOTHIES

Banana Smoothie

1 tbsp sunflower seeds, ground

1 banana

3 tbsp live natural yogurt

about 100 ml milk or juice – try almond milk

Creamy Raspberry Smoothie

75g raspberries

1tbsp tahini

3 tbsp xylitol (or to taste)

100 ml water

Pear and Blueberry Smoothie

1 tbsp sunflower or pumpkin seeds, ground

1 small pear, cored and roughly chopped

75g blueberries

3 tbsp live natural yogurt

About 100 ml milk or juice.
