Boosting Your Diet and Your Life – With Exercise

Exercise is not a pastime, a hobby or a luxury- it is a necessity.
The heart is the body’s engine- it’s most important muscle, and it needs to be ‘worked out” just like other muscles in your body.
Training that gets your cardio-vascular system (your heart and your blood circulation) working efficiently is called aerobic activity. Aerobic activity promotes a healthy heart and healthy blood circulation, which defends the body against debilitating and potentially fatal conditions such as stokes.

Possible activities include walking, jogging, biking, swimming, hiking, skipping, running stairs, racket sports, dancing, rowing and kickboxing.
